Borg & Ide Imaging has upgraded their referring physician web portal! Users can now view multiple images at one time, burn CD’s and print images.

Insurance Pre-Authorization Program

For your convenience, we can process your patient's pre-authorization paperwork. Simply fax your patient’s information on the Patient Referral Form, and we will obtain the necessary pre-auth information, schedule the exam and provide a confirmation status by the end of the day.
